About CMS Integration
We have developed a piece of middleware that sits between your CMS and the tm suite of products to make integration between the two platforms seamless and straightforward.
We have been working with Rubix since 2019 to deliver an out of the box CMS integration solution which easily integrates with both the tmConvey and tmConnect platforms. Choose to install and run the software yourselves, ask us to install and host it for you via cloud storage, or engage with Rubix to assist you directly in the configuration and data export you need to perform to make the middleware come to life.
Export data
Export case matter data such as Reference, Client details and Address to a folder on the network.
Follow the link to access the case on tmConey
tm will publish a link back to the folder to give you access to the case which will have been automatically created with no re-keying of data.
Order Searches in tmConvey
Use the website to order searches in tmConvey in the usual way and then wait for the sarches to be placed back in your folder on the network.
View Search results directly in your CMS
Once the Search has been retuend to tm, we will deliver it straight to your network folder and it can be uploaded straight to your matter for reviewing in your CMS.
